Sri SIIM College: The Exact Report
This was serious news of allegation against Sri SIIM College, especially after the signing of a contract on stamp-paper. The complaint which EurAsian Times has access to is registered against key management staff of Sri SIIM College, including Ranjan Sen (Director – Admissions) and Soumen Datta (Registrar and PA to Chairman – Dr. Swami Parthasarathy). The complaint has been registered with Vasant Kunj Police station, New Delhi, dated 29th August 2018.
According to the complaint, Sri SIIM had rented its computer labs and two classrooms and signed a legal MoU for hosting online exams. However, the leaser complained to the Vasant Kunj Police accusing Ranjan Sen and Soumen Datta of deceit, fraud, blackmailing and invalid termination of the contract.
