Tier 2 Business Schools in Delhi include LBSIM Dwarka, BIMTECH Greater Noida, Fore School of Management, IMI, and Delhi Technological University.
These B-Schools have been categorized in the Tier 2 category and usually have an Average Package of 8–10 Lacs. These Business Schools also accept high CAT percentile (around 85%), however, colleges like BIMTECH – Greater Noida also accepts MAT scores for certain programs like Retail Management.
Most of the students get placed within a fortnight of the campus placements, while many others get recruited during their summer internship only.

Tier 3 Business Schools in Delhi
Average Package: 3 to 5 Lacs
Competitive Exam Required: CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA
Tier 3 Business Schools in Delhi include all other Business Schools especially MAT Colleges heavily promoted by counsellors and admission consultants. In most of the cases, you will get free application forms from these colleges, while consultants get heavy incentives for promoting these business schools.
However, there are few business schools under MAT which are doing exceptionally well and can be considered as an alternative to Tier-2 CAT Colleges.
Even though the average package in these colleges may range from 3–5 Lacs, however, 1% of the top students can expect to get better packages. Besides MAT Colleges, University School of Management Studies (USMS), under Guru Gobind Singh IP University is considered a Tier 2++ Business School.
Almost all Business Schools under MAT, irrespective of their Rankings, Marketing Gimmicks and Inflated Placement Record are similar and have an Average Package of 3-5 Lacs Only.
Tier 4 Business Schools in Delhi
Average Package: 3 to 5 Lacs

The last category of so-called best business schools in Delhi are the other institutions under GGSIPU (Guru Gobind Singh IP University). Besides University School of Management Studies (USMS) and few other institutes, most of the other colleges are ranked in the Tier 4 category.
According to the research, quality of student, rigid course curriculum, lack of high-end faculty, and negligent placements contribute to its low categorization. These Colleges are similar to MAT Colleges, but lack of exposure, have a rigid course curriculum with limited placements.
Other Business Schools in Delhi which falls in the Tier-4 or even Tier-5 category are the ones which are not able to recruit students and are on the verge of collapse. Most of such colleges are located in Greater Noida with few in the Delhi metropolitan city as well.
