Live Projects: Grab Any Opportunity to Work on Live Projects so that you can add vital work experience to your Resume which drastically improves your chances of being shortlisted for Interviews. Today, organizations have become more interested in recruiting trained manpower (rather than unskilled and top business schools in India have already started this initiative.

Internships: For Tier 2 and Tier 3 Students, it is vital to do your internship with a leading conglomerate, ideally a Fortune 500 company. A recruiter gets thousands of CV’s every day, and they only look at a CV for 5-7 seconds. A good brand on your CV is bound to grab their attention and get you shortlisted faster than others.

Additional Programs: Any Community Welfare Project, Entrepreneurial Work, Management Development Program with Top Business Schools like IIM’s, XLRI etc or International Exchange Program with Leading Universities will not only hone your skills, but they will also make your CV very attractive to the recruiters.
