China Takes India To UN But Says India Itself A Big Victim Of Terrorism

On Friday, what took place at the UNSC was a very unique closed-door meeting on Kashmir. China being a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council has taken the Kashmir dispute to the United Nations after the abrogation of Article 370 and the bifurcation of the state. At the same time, China has also admitted that India has indeed been a victim of the global spread of extremism and terrorism.

Indian Among Nations Impacted By Terror Attacks: China

A document titled “Vocational Education and Training in Xinjiang” released by the State Council Information Office of the People’s Republic of China was put forth on Friday. The document includes India among the list of nations that have been impacted by terror attacks and the mounting influence of terrorism.

The report further admitted the fact that world peace is under serious attack and the future of humanity is being overshadowed.

China for obvious reason has sided with Pakistan after the government of India made some bold changes in the constitutional position of Kashmir. This includes the scrapping of Article 370, Article 35-A and the division of the state of Jammu and Kashmir into two Union Territories.

While Pakistan failed to garner any support from the UNSC to counter India, China had it’s way easy being a P5 nation. India, however, maintained in the UNSC negotiations that Kashmir is entirely an internal matter for India and Pakistan is only trying to mislead the world.
