UAE citizens travelling to India can get visa on arrival now. The Visa-On-Arrival scheme will be effective from November 16, 2019, the Government of India announced.
This facility is aimed at further strengthening people to people and trade links as well as strategic ties between the UAE and India. India is already one of the biggest trading partners of the UAE and a strategic ally of the oil-rich kingdom.
Visa-on-Arrival will be available to UAE nationals for a period of up to 60 days with double entry for business, tourism, conference and medical purposes.
This facility will be available at six designated International airports, including Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.
