The DG-ISPR said there had been a tremendous surge in ceasefire violations. “In 2020, Indian forces committed 848 ceasefire violations and targeted innocent civilians in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (Pak-administered-Kashmir),” Iftikhar said, adding that 456 such violations were discovered since the first case of COVID-19 was reported in Pakistan on February 26.
