Indian, Pakistani Foreign Ministers Engage In Perpetual Media War

Pakistan has firmly rejected what it calls baseless remarks made by the Indian External Affairs Minister – S Jaishankar in an interview with a French newspaper and in interaction with other news outlets.

Pakistan Condemns Indian Remarks Of Splitting Pakistan Into Two Parts

In a statement on Sunday, the Pakistan Foreign Office Spokesperson said this upheaval is yet another reflection of India’s trademark hubris and the BJP government’s well-known smear campaign against Pakistan.

He said it is disgraceful to promote the RSS-BJP extremist ideological and nationalistic agenda and to divert international attention from the gory reality in Jammu and Kashmir,  senior Indian officials continue to manufacture “facts” both with regard to the issue of terrorism and the situation in Kashmir.

Islamic Heritage Could be Wiped Out From India – Pakistan Warns The UN

The Spokesperson said, if anything, Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav is the face of India’s “export” of terrorism to Pakistan. He said India also continues to be the safe haven for those preaching hate and carrying out hate crimes, including against its own minorities, with impunity and indeed under state patronage.

Indian Attacks Pakistan Over Terrorism

Earlier, Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar told French daily Le Monde that Pakistan does not deny sending terrorists to India, adding that if Islamabad is serious about developing friendlier ties with India then it must hand over terrorists like Dawood Ibrahim and Hafiz Saeed to New Delhi.

US Report Blames Pakistan For Terrorism In India, Afghanistan

“Now, tell me: which country would be willing to talk and negotiate with a neighbour who openly practices terrorism against it… We need actions that display a real enthusiasm to collaborate,” the minister said after he was asked about his Pakistani counterpart, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, saying relations with India were “close to zero”.

Early in September Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, was declared a terrorist under newly-approved amendments to the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. The move was supported by the United Nations, which earlier designated Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar a global terrorist.

Islamabad Must Persecute Terror Groups Operating From Pakistan – United States

Dawood Ibrahim, who is from Mumbai and is wanted for murder, extortion and other charges, figured in a list of terrorists released by the UN Security Council last year. All three terrorists are believed to be living in Pakistan.
