While MS Dhoni has not disclosed his retirement plans, there are speculations that Indian selectors may take a bold decision in the next few days, according to a report in the Times of India.

Petition Filed In Pakistan Court For Cricket Teams Terrible Performance Against India

Dhoni is regarded as one of the greatest wicket-keeper batsmen in the world and one the most clever and captain who took India towards numerous global achievements including the 2011 World Cup.

Many believe MS Dhoni, the former India captain who guided Team India to 2007 World T20 Championships, 2011 World Cup and the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy victories might end his phenomenal international career in the 2020 World T20 Championships in Australia.

However, according to Indian media reports, chief selector MSK Prasad could ask Dhoni to take a decision on his future. If Dhoni doesn’t make a decision, he could no longer be an automatic choice for the Indian team.

Pakistan Win The Cricket World Cup 2019 And It Is Not A Fake News

“I am certain that Dhoni is not going to be picked for India again. It’s high time he calls it a day,” a BCCI official was quoted as saying by the Times of India.

So will Dhoni, who quit Test cricket in 2014, find his name in the Indian team that will travel to the West Indies next month for three T20Is, three ODIs and two Test matches? The selectors will name the Indian squad for the Windies series on July 19.
