Another Suiciding Bombing in Kabul, Afghanistan. A suicide bomber killed 15 Afghan army cadets as they were leaving their base in Kabul on Saturday, the defense ministry said, in the latest bloody assault in Kabul, Afghanistan

“This afternoon, a bus full of army cadets was coming out of the military academy, a suicide bomber (on foot) approached them, killing 15 and injuring four,” defense ministry spokesman Dawlat Waziri told AFP.

Kabul Crime Branch chief General Mohammad Salim Almas told police have begun an investigation into the brutal attack which. “The bus was carrying military cadets to their homes from Marshal Fahim military academy,” Almas told AFP.

It was the second suicide bombing in Kabul, Afghanistan in 24 hours and the seventh major onslaught in Afghanistan since Tuesday, taking the total death toll to over 200. The spate of deadly attacks underlines worsening security situation across Afghanistan as the resurgent Taliban escalate their attacks on government forces. It was the fifth time since Tuesday that militants have launched a major attack against Afghanistan’s under-pressure security forces already discouraged by a high number of casualties.
