An Indian drone was reportedly shot down by the Pakistan Armed Forces along the Line of Control (LOC), Sankh sector for airspace violation, ISPR reported.

According to a statement by the Pakistan Army, the Indian Quadcopter in a ‘provocative act’ intruded 600 meters inside across the LoC on the Pakistani side in Sankh sector for surveillance.
The Indian quad-copter came 600 metres inside Pakistan’s territory for surveillance and was met with a swift retort resulting in the shooting down of the machine. The ISPR said about the development that such provocative acts will not be tolerated from the Indian side.

“This blatant act was aggressively responded to by Pakistan Army troops shooting down Indian quadcopter,” according to the Pakistan Army. Such unwarranted acts by the Indian Army were a clear violation of established norms, existing air agreement between two countries, it said.
