Amid high tensions at the India-Pakistan border, the Modi Government has issued an all-out alert along the Radcliffe Line and the Line of Control. This development came after Pakistani drones were alleged of dropping arms and ammunition in the Indian state of Punjab.

Indian Army, BSF Alert Troops
The Indian Army and the Border Security Force have asked their troops to be on extremely high alert. BSF officials stated that this has now become the new methodology of Pakistan to smuggle arms, ammunition and explosives into India.
The BSF officials further stated that the forces have been asked to keep a bird’s eye view on the movement of drones along the international border. Troops have been given the go-ahead to shoot down any suspicious drones intruding the international border with immediate effect.

According to media reports, Pakistan undertook 10 drone sorties over a period of 8 days to drop AK-47 assault rifles in the state of Punjab. The drones were allegedly Chinese manufactured and were used by Khalistan terror outfits based in Pakistan.
The top commanders of the Indian Army have assured that there is nothing to worry about as the systems and radars of the defence forces are already in place to block any such intrusions.
The military intelligence has also suggested that at least 500 terrorists are waiting across the LoC to infiltrate into the Indian side as Pakistan is aiming at creating civil unrest in Kashmir to bring international attention to the conflict.
Tensions are already high between the two nuclear states after various constitutional changes were made to the status of Kashmir by the government of India.
