The event is being organized by Russia’s Ministry of Defenсe from June 22 to 24.
“Rosoboronexport (part of Rostec State Corporation), one of the major players in the global arms market, is now highly interested in maintaining stability and balance on the planet. A key role in global and regional security issues belongs to the Defenсe ministries, which will be represented at the Moscow Conference by high-level delegations,” said Alexander Mikheev, Director General of Rosoboronexport.
“The architecture of the forum will enable us, together with the Russian Ministry of Defenсe and partners from the Asia-Pacific region, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe, to discuss various aspects of security, identify current trends and set priorities in Russia’s military-technical cooperation,” he added.
Within the conference, Rosoboronexport will be actively involved in sessions on strategic stability, the uncontrolled spread of weapons, and cyber threats. The company’s representatives will discuss security issues and the threat of an arms race in the Asia-Pacific region, risks and challenges in Latin America, military-technical cooperation with countries in the Middle East and Africa, as well as take part in discussions on stability and strengthening collaboration among the States on the European continent.
