India is all set to integrate BrahMos Missiles with Su-30MKI. to The Indian state aircraft corporation Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) began equipping the Su-30MKI Air Force fighters of India with BrahMos missiles. As reported on Monday, the newspaper The Asian Age, citing sources in the country’s defense department, the project is scheduled to be completed by 2020.
“The successful testing of the BrahMos air-launched cruise missile from the Su-30MKI fighter plane was held on November 22, which allows us to begin the final stage of integrating the most maneuverable airplane of the Indian Air Force – Su-30MKI with BrahMos Missiles the Defense Ministry official said.

According to the Defense Ministry official, the complex process of integration of BrahMos missiles with Su-30MKI includes “electrical, mechanical and software modifications of the aircraft. This project is expected to be completed by 2020.”
