The Taliban delegation has arrived in Russia days after United States President Donald Trump declared that he had cancelled talks with the insurgent group.  According to a report by Tass, the Qatar-based spokesman of Taliban, Suhail Shaheen, said the delegation held consultations with Russian envoy Zamir Kabulov.
