Farzad-B Gas Field: The Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) revealed that ONGC had been cut out of the development of Farzad B. The report had termed US sanctions, Iran’s changing conditions and fluctuating prices and India’s delayed responses as causes of lost investment opportunity.
